Shipping & Returns
We are currently shipping all over the world with Canada Post. Most orders are received within 8-10 business days.
Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Item(s) must be returned in new condition, and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit. An item can be exchanged for another item or returned for the value of the item at the time of purchase.
If you are returning an item, please be aware that you will be refunded for the value of the item only. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to refund lost packages.
