Afterpay

Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in 4 payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!

 

Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.

 

All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account.


You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment beforethe due date if you choose to do so.

If you have changed your mind, you can return your Afterpay purchase, to us, by mail for a refund. Please check that your return or exchange meets Afterpay's Return policy here. Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not ship your return items to Afterpay.

Shipping and Orders

We now offer shipping internationally with Canada Post. Most orders are received within [8-10] business days, international times maybe be longer and we can not guarantee a time. To see estimated costs and timelines for your specific order, please go through the checkout and insert your desired shipping destination.

We ship most purchases with Canada Post, however, in rare cases some international orders may be shipped through other carriers depending on the Geographical location of the delivery. 

 

After we receive your order and begin packaging your items, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes your order's tracking number. To track your shipment, please complete one of the following:

 

Manual:

  • For orders shipped through Canada Post, please follow this link and enter your tracking number.

Auto-Updates:

  • To receive update notifications on your mobile phone, download the Shop App and sign up with the email address used to complete your purchase. Current and future orders will then automatically appear in the app's tracking section. Please select one of the following options to view the app's store page:

Returns: We stand behind the quality and performance of our products. If, for any reason, your purchase isn't what you expected, you can return it within our designated return period of 30 days.
